Q: The DVD won't load.
A: 1. Double-click on on the DVD icon that should show on your desktop. Then double-click on the icon containing Mac in the title. The program should now open.
2. If you can't see the DVD icon on your Desktop, please make sure there are no fingerprints or smudges on the DVD. Wipe it with a soft cotton cloth.
Q: I can't see the movie.
A: 1. Make sure you've got the latest version of QuickTime. If in doubt, delete your current version from the applications folder, download the newest version from www.apple.com/quicktime/download/, and install it.
2. Make sure you keep the DVD in your DVD drive. The movies will not work if the disk is not in.
Q: I can't see the control panel.
A: 1. Make sure the program is running by double-clicking on on the DVD icon that should show on your desktop then double-click on the blue Corps icon containing Mac in the title. The program should open.
2. This program uses Quicktime technology, so make sure you've got the latest version of QuickTime. If in doubt, delete your current version from the applications folder, download the newest version from www.apple.com/quicktime/download/, and install it.
Q: I can hear only sound.
A: 1. Make sure you've got the latest version of QuickTime. If in doubt, delete your current version from the applications folder, download the newest version from www.apple.com/quicktime/download/, and install it.
Q: The movie runs very slowly.
A: 1. Make sure your computer meets the minimum specifications that is needed to run this DVD. You can find these on the back of the DVD case.
2. Make sure there is only one Quicktime window open at a time. Having open more than one will slow down your computer.
3. Make sure there are no other programs running in the background.
